I have never tried hummus..urs look tempting
yummy.....can we make tahini at home?
Looks yummy and nice presentation...
I have an award for you in my blog, plz accpet it :)
Sailaja : Actually the tahini from the store is best, because its smooth like a paste. They separate the bran from the kernel and just grind the kernels, whereas in homemade ones we grind both the bran and the kernel. So... it turns out to be very grainy and thick. Here is a link for home made tahini. http://www.thekitchn.com/thekitchn/diy-recipe/recipe-diy-tahini-029695
