I am not familiar with some of the terms, such as hung yogurt, but I like yogurt very much. Is it like Greek yogurt, that is, very thick? The rest of the ingredients sound delicious and would make a lovely dish indeed.

Katy, Hung yogurt is nothing but very thick yogurt. You should hang the yogurt in a muslin cloth for sometime or till all the water drips from it. It comes out very thick.
Hope I answered your question :)And indeed it turns out lovely and Yummy with Apricot on it.

Divya, Actually the fresh apricots look very colorful and tastes yummy with the shrikhand. The dried apricot gives different color and will make a difference. But I guess it will not make a huge difference though.
